We cater to almost any event across New England. Our ice cream trucks are a highly requested addition to corporate outings, weddings, school functions, university graduations, and private backyard parties. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a massive festival like the Boston Marathon, we have the experience to handle it.
What areas do you serve for ice cream truck rentals?
We primarily serve Boston and the Metro-West region. However, we regularly travel further for large-scale events and weddings with high guest counts. If you have a larger event outside our standard zone, reach out for a custom quote!
How much does it cost to rent a Frosty Ice Cream truck?
Pricing is highly customized based on your guest count, location, and the season. Peak summer weekends are priced differently than spring weekdays, and travel time is factored into our hourly rates. Contact us directly for a fast, tailored quote that fits your specific event and budget.

Do you offer allergy-friendly, vegan, or gluten-free ice cream options?
Yes! We carry a great selection of pre-packaged novelty ice creams to accommodate most dietary restrictions. This includes peanut-free, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and halal options. Just let us know your guests’ needs when booking so we can stock the truck appropriately.
Do your ice cream trucks require an electrical hookup or generator at the venue?
No, all of our trucks are completely self-contained. Our soft-serve trucks feature integrated onboard diesel generators, and our novelty truck can keep treats frozen all day without external power. We never require auxiliary power or venue hookups.
However, for indoor events, or if an external hookup is preferred, our trucks can connect to any 220V power source.
How much parking space does the ice cream truck need?
Our fleet consists of seven self-propelled trucks of varying sizes. We do not use trailers. They easily fit into standard parking spaces, driveways, or event lots. If your venue has strict clearance limits, simply let us know so we can dispatch the right-sized truck.
How far in advance should I book my ice cream truck catering?
We recommend booking at least 1 to 3 months in advance, or up to a year for high-priority events like weddings. However, we are flexible! If our schedule allows, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
How long does the ice cream truck stay at my event?
Serve times vary based on your guest count and event schedule. Most private events and corporate outings require 1 to 2 hours of service, but we can easily adjust the timeframe for all-day festivals, large corporate shifts, or quick drop-bys.
Are you fully insured for corporate and university events?
Absolutely. As a trusted vendor for major clients like MIT, Harvard University, and Google, we carry comprehensive liability insurance. We are happy to provide a full Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
Do you cater late-night events or wedding after-parties?
We certainly do. Hiring an ice cream truck is a popular late-night snack option for wedding receptions, prom nights, and evening corporate galas across Massachusetts. We can schedule our arrival to surprise your guests exactly when the dance floor needs a sweet, nostalgic cooldown.
